THIS IS THE TAURUS PT92 SPRING PISTOL
This is the PT92 which is basically the Beretta M92 made by Taurus, the original patent for the M92 has expired meaning Taurus does not need permission from Berretta to make the weapon. Ever since its
introduction in the 1980’s the PT92 has undergone several major improvements bringing it up to the same standard as other sidearms on the market. The main selling area for the PT92 is the civilian market, and it is a very popular pistol in the US due to the relatively low cost yet high performance offered. This being said, it is in use with a number of military and police forces including the Brazilian Army, and the Argentinean armed police.
This is not your “run off the mill” Springer BB Pistol, it features a heavyweight metal slide and shoots with very respectable power for a spring pistol – the weapon features a 12 round magazine that is more than enough for shooting practice. The accuracy of this pistol is incredible, it has the ability to hit a man-sized target at 40ft with no problems at all, and can consistently make a headshot target at 25~30ft – this is IDEAL for use when having a “shooting contest” in the garden.
The slide is very easy to pull back and has hardly any extra resistance aside from simply the weight of the spring – the slide return spring is also fairly strong and gives a very satisfying speed and feel to the return when you take your hand off the slide. The build on this is incredibly good for a Springer, it is one of the nicest spring pistols we have seen and feels fantastic to hold – the lower receiver is incredibly thick and is held together extremely
securely with nothing wobbling around.
All in all, this is a great spring airsoft bb pistol, and is one of the best spring pistols you can buy – it gives a pleasant change to all the generic plastic spring pistols available, and will certainly last much longer than any of the “market stall” pistols would.

HOW TO CALCULATE DELIVERY COSTS
You can easily calculate your shipping costs via the table above on this page.
WHAT ABOUT UK VAT?
All prices are shown on this website, including UK VAT of 20%
WHAT ABOUT IMPORT DUTY AND LOCAL TAX
If you enter a billing or shipping address outside of the UK our system will automatically remove the UK VAT. Please note, when you receive your order the local courier company will request local TAX and any import duty owed to be paid by you before they let you have the goods.
Please note that we will follow all the laws relative to your country, and if we cannot send out an item (such as an Airsoft Gun) we will contact you via email for more information and hold the items until we are contacted.
Does this airsoft gun need a battery or gas to make it work?
No, spring airsoft pistols need nothing but you to make it work. Spring guns use a cocking lever or similar to set the spring and firing system. Spring airsoft pistols are great fun - ideal for target shooting as they fire one shot at a time. You will need to reset the firing system with the bolt or cocking lever between every shot.
What BBs will work best in this airsoft pistol?
BB pellets are, simply put, the ammo that your airsoft pistol will be using. Choosing the right BBs can be just as important as selecting the right gun. This is because BB weight matters - this is simply how heavy the BB is. 0.12g is the most common weight for spring pistols and a great place to start, but for greater accuracy you should try 0.20g BB Pellets.
Do I have to buy a blue airsoft pistol?
If you are asking this question, the answer is yes: you must buy a blue pistol. If you are a newcomer to airsoft and have not attended an airsoft club or site, you will not currently be registered with UKARA. However, if you are over 18, you can purchase an Airsoft Two-Tone pistol. These blue pistols are UK legal and comply with the VCR Act of 2007.
How can I buy a black airsoft pistol?
You need to supply a defence at checkout if you want to buy a RIF (Real Imitation Firearm) - a Black / Tan / Gold / Silver with no blue. Make sure one of the following is true: the delivery address is not in the UK, you have a current UKARA membership, you have a current UKAPA membership, you are a member of a properly insured historical re-enactment group or society, you are a film, television or theatre production company, you are (or are acting on behalf of) a museum, you are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties.
What is FPS?
FPS means ‘feet per second’ - a measure of velocity or distance travelled in a given second. So, in theory, the higher the FPS, the further the BB pellet will travel. However, you will also need to consider BB pellet weight and, importantly, if you are using a Hop-Up unit.
What is a Hop-Up?
A Hop-Up makes it so that when a BB is fired from the airsoft gun using a burst of compressed air, a small and grippy rubber pad rubs against the top of the BB. This has the effect of adding a backspin to the round projectile. Adding a backspin to any ball whilst flying through the air adds lift and therefore increases its range. Some spring airsoft pistols include fixed Hop-Ups, but most do not. If your spring pistol is low FPS then a Hop-Up is not normally needed.
