TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

The first part of tracking your order is to see your order status here. This information would have also been sent to the email address you gave at the time of ordering.

The second part is to track your order on the courier company’s website; this information will be sent to you via email when the parcel is collected from us.

Please Note; small items will not be sent using tracking and may be sent via Royal Mail. So items such as Airsoft Guns or other high-value items will be tracked.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR DELIVERY YET

If you have not received your delivery after eight working days from the order date, please get in touch with us via our support system so that we can investigate this on your behalf.

DELIVERY RETURNED TO JUST BB GUNS

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel three different times before returning it back to us at Just BB Guns.

If this does happen, we will need you to pay for an extra delivery. So even if you received our FREE delivery service the first time around, we do need to charge to send your order out again for delivery.

The cost will be a standard £10 for all orders to be re-sent to the original address given.

Important – in the delivery notes section on the checkout page, please enter your original order id and the name and address you used in the original order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER AND ISSUING A REFUND

If the goods are returned back to Just BB Guns from the couriers, and you do not wish to have them sent out again, you may request a refund.

Refunds for goods will be processed using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.

Refunds can take up to 14 days from the point that we receive the goods back.

We can NOT refund any delivery charges, and there will be a cost of £20 for the handling and re-stocking of the products back on our stock system.
