Kilted Killer34 days agoI placed my first BB Gun order and it was a black gun, without appropriate credentials for it, I was kindly informed immediately to either apply for the certain credentials or make a slight change to my order by changing the gun colours. I responded that I’d be happy with a black and blue gun and Paul immediately responded that the order had been altered with my gun colour changing and everything else with my original order would follow. We had an issue with the gun trigger and they have immediately processed sending a replacement gun. I understand these things can go wrong for whatever reason. Their service was so quick, they reviewed the faulty gun and indicated that it was indeed faulty. Then they asked whether we would prefer a replacement with the same model or an alternative model.
