ORDER Number 321509 (12th April 2024)So after bumping around in the dark at the beginning due to government law (not the companies issue) regards colour of the item.We finally got through all that protocol etc and the item was dispatched rather quickly in fact I received it the very next from ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24HRS I believe.The packaging was well presented well wrapped with care and attention to insure safe transit from the company to the depot to the customers door.After opening the very secure packaging I was extremely happy with the products condition etc again well boxed well packagedThe item itself was as described and I would certainly recommend the companyPLEASE REMEMBERWHEN ORDERING BLACK PRODUCTSIt's YOUR responsibility to supply details of your company etc after purchase and the quickest way to do this is through the company customer service emailPlease include a headed company letter which contains details of your production company and it's company house registrationSo appreciate all the support from the people from start to finishHighly RecommendedDenis Devlin Films Ltd

I have brought many airguns from just bb always great service never any problems good delivery times the last gun I brought I had a problem with it and the after sale Support was second to none could not of been more helpful and when it could not be sorted they are sending me a replacement 10 out of 10 for all the staff who have helped me will be ordering again soon thanks to the just bb team 👍👍👍

I had purchased a replacement stock for my gun on the understanding that if it didn’t fit I could return it for a full refund. I couldn’t get it to fit as I was unable to get my broken stock off, so I went to the shop to return it. I decided to bring my gun along as I was going to leave it with them to replace the stock for me. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ash and I explained about returning the item and that I wanted to leave the gun in to be repaired, Ash looked over my gun and said that he could do the replacement for me straight away so I asked how much it would cost his reply was no charge as it’s an easy fix and sure enough within 10 minutes it was done. This type of customer care is priceless and I will most definitely be going back and recommending JustBBguns to my friends and fellow “skirmishers”.Many thanks for your outstanding care.

I wanted to purchase some air guns, Walther Reign M2 and a Crossman SBR, popped in to the store and the chap was very helpful with navigating the selections for purchase. I ended up buying a Hawke scope, ammunition, Co2 and various other bits. He even charged up the Walther Reign M2 PCP rifle for me. So off I went with my new purchase, I got home and noticed the PCP rifle had lost pressure. I immediately took a picture and sent it off to the store explaining the situation. They requested I bring the rifle back in. So after a couple of days I took the rifle back with with the original packaging and they swapped it out with no issue. The original rifle came with a free silencer and extra magazine which they allowed me to keep as the replacement didn't have those in the box.Once again they charged the rifle for me and whilst all this was going on, I decided to get my hands on a Glock 17 dual ammo and some other extra bits. All in all a pleasant experience. They are a busy store and I can't understand all the bad reviews, but if you read them carefully it appears it's people trying to open the faulty guns up themselves, which of course with any product will invalidate the manufacturers warranty. If you get a faulty product, contact the store immediately and return it, I'm sure like with my experience they were extremely helpful.

Amazing service, I had a slight hiccup and my order was placed on hold through no fault of just bb guns, I stupidly hadn't confirmed my cover to purchase full black guns so completely my fault and just bb guns were simply doing there jobs, that being said I sorted the issue on my end and sent an email, all I had to do was send the confirmation of my insurance and 3 very fast emails and my order is complete and on its way, I will be using just bb guns going forward for their exceptional customer service (Mike specifically).

Fantastic customer service! Recently bought an Airsoft M309 Tactical shot gun having bought a pistol previously. The product arrived really quickly and was really impressed. Upon opening the box I realised there was an accesory missing but after making contact and explaining the item was delivered within a few days. So impressed with their speed of delivery but more so in how they responded and resolved our issue. Quality service and really appreciated. Will use again

I was buying a RIF for a short film shoot and didn't realise we had to be registered, Vincent was very helpful in informing about this and offered the alternative of two tone on the same gun with no extra charges, he was very polite. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Amazing customer service, never hesitate to email about questions. They get back to you very quickly which is amazing. The products i have orderd have all been great. But a review is a review i have put all my posagive thoughts onto this review. If i was to say a negative it would be that some of the guns need certain parts like batterys or gas. The website itself sometimes specifies this but sometimes it does not. But all in all would reccomend this site for airsoft.Keep it up justBB :)

Product was good, but UPS delivery is awful, and outdated (only deliver during the day, three days of week, no weekends, website and tracking does not work, don't respond to requests, just awful...). Part of the order went missing in transit, but JustBBGuns sent a replacement within a few days. Good communication, good products, but get them to send by someone other than UPS!

I ordered my baba yaga combat master hi=capa co2 blowback Airport pistol paid a little extra for 2 to 3 day delivery came after 2 days what can I say after I learned to use it by watching numerous videos what can I say this gun is bloody fantastic an looks the part to if u switch from gas to co2 it increases the power significantly not that you really need to I decided I am now going to add on with laser sights and a tracer and switch to the co2 soon bling it up even more than what it is I absolutely love this gun an would recommend if in the market to purchase one then just bbguns is the place to go as I will with the add ons for mine I am more than pleased with mine

I highly recommend JustBBGuns as an airsoft provider, do your research before purchasing never buy without thinking otherwise you'll end up like the bad reviews on here. Very prompt communication from JustBBGuns and delivery was handled well (ignoring it being with UPS lol). I will be buying more from them in the future and recommend others to do the same!

People can’t buy a gun here for £5 and complain it’s bad, like what do you expect to do with £5 just invest into a £25 gun I had mine for over a year I dropped it a couple times it’s as good as newAlso in store, Staff helped me as best as they could also showing me what would work best for me and after my purchase they gave me free BB’s so that’s also nice, looks like my future purchases will happen here(I was just looking round the store I got to look down the scope of a expensive sniper that was just chilling on the counter and they didn’t tell me of lol)
