Lovely staff and great service. My son’s airsoft kept jamming so we were sent a prepaid postage label to send it back, it was repaired and sent back within a week. Highly recommend.

I've bought a few things from Just BB Guns over the past couple of weeks and so far the customer service has been top notch. Quick dispatch and delivery cant be faulted.I had a small problem with Royal Mail ripping the bag and an item going missing but it was quickly dealt with and a replacement sent.An excellent company to deal with and I will definitely be back - Thoroughly recommended, buy with confidence.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just received my G6 spring pistol (just for a back garden plinker) delivery was quick, overall pistol looks good, but the box looked like it had been dropped and the the plastic trigger looks to have been warped due to heat and the trigger return spring isn't strong enough to push it back out, causing me to pinch and pull it out before even pulling back the slide.

Very helpful staff and good service. I purchased an AEG rifle with them and I had an issue out the box with the magazine that it came with. I sent it back to them for the technician to look at. They were very quick and got back to me. And they sent the gun back to me with a brand new magazine free of charge with next day delivery and it all works perfectly now. Very happy with the service👍👍

Well great online shop with lots to choose from, but had an issue with a product.so I approached them with the problem. Products arrived in good time and everything in working order, unfortunately after recieving the item did I realise that the item sent had no threaded barrel, despite being advertised as such under the bundle I bought. Unfortunately I'd tested the product and am unable to return/replace now, but despite this I can't fault anything.

After browsing on this website for a long while I decided to treat myself to a full set up and after me stressing about whether or not my items would be here by my game day I shot an email over to the help service who were nothing but helpful and polite and did everything they could to help. Had a little hiccup at the start with the correct payment on my side for postage as I'm in scotland but was quickly sorted out I paid £7 for 1-2 day delivery turns out its £15 because I'm in scotland so I sent the remaining balance. All this was via email on friday or Saturday. Delivery was 4-5 working days but I have recieved my item today I wasnt expecting it until the weekend, over all a decent quality product, does what it says on the website and good customer service

I've brought form just bb guns a few times now it's always been a great service and prices.As far as customer support goes I had a response form vince from just bbs within less then 5 minutes and the problem was resolved I do not typically write reviews however this is the best customer service I have found. 100% recommend this site if they have what you want.
