ABOUT HI-CAP AIRSOFT MAGAZINES 

A hi-cap (high-capacity) airsoft magazine is a magazine designed to hold a large number of BBs—typically 200 to 600+ rounds, with some drum magazines holding over 1,000. Instead of using a full-length spring like a mid-cap magazine, it stores BBs in a reservoir and feeds them using a winding mechanism.

HOW A HI-CAP MAGAZINE WORKS

1. Open the loading hatch and pour BBs into the reservoir.
2. Wind the wheel (usually on the bottom of the magazine).
3. The winding mechanism feeds BBs into the gun.
4. After firing a number of shots, you’ll usually need to wind it again.
