BATTERY INSTALLATION 

The Gelvor GB03 battery is installed inside the front of the pistol.

1. Fully charge the included battery first using the USB charging cable.
2. Slide open the front access to the battery compartment.
3. Locate the battery connector wire coming from inside the rifle.
4. Connect the battery plug carefully – do not force it if the connector orientation feels wrong.
5. Slide the battery and wires gently into the rifle, making sure no wires are pinched.
6. Replace the battery pistol cover.
7. Turn the fire switch and test.

Common issues:

If the blaster does not fire, first check that the battery is fully charged and firmly connected.
Do not upgrade to a higher-voltage battery unless the blaster supports it, or you may damage the motor/gears.

MAGAZINE LOADING 

The Gelvor GB03 pistol can use both the internal reservoir and the hopper as the magazine.

To load the hopper correctly:

• Prepare the gel balls
  • Soak the dry gel beads in water for about 3-4 hours.
    • Drain excess water before loading. Wet gels can clog the feed system.
• Load the reservoir
  • Slide open the orange cover.
  • Fill with the gel BBs
  • Close the cover or slide the hopper adapter/feed port ready for the hopper.
• Open or remove the hopper
  • Unscrew the hopper lid or twists off the adapter.
• Fill with hydrated gel balls
  • Pour the prepared gels into the hopper slowly.
  • Do not pack them tightly or overfill. Gravity-fed hoppers need room.
• Reattach the hopper securely
  • Make sure it is fully into place.
  • Misalignment can stop gels feeding into the pistol.
• Test fire
  • Fire a few rounds to start the feed system.

If gels are not feeding:

• Tilt the pistol slightly forward to help gravity feeding.
• Check for swollen or oversized gels causing a jam.
• If the hopper motor normally makes a “zzz” sound and stops, the battery or hopper motor may need checking.

GEL BLASTER BB AMMO WATER SOAKING

For the Gelvor GB03 and most gel blasters, the gel ammo (water beads) must be soaked correctly before use or the blaster can jam.

How to Soak Gel Blaster BB Ammo

• Put dry gel beads into a large container
  • The beads expand a lot – use a bowl or bucket with extra space.
• Add plenty of clean water
  • Cover the beads with about 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) of water. Room-temperature water works best.
    • Avoid hot water – it can damage the beads.
    • Filtered/distilled water may give more consistent bead size if your tap water is hard.
• Soak for 3-4 hours
  • Most 7.5 mm gel balls are ready in about 3-4 hours.
    • Some players leave them overnight, but over-soaking can make them soft and jam-prone.
• Check the gel balls
  • Correctly soaked beads should:
    • be 7.5 mm
    • feel soft but firm
    • look round and translucent
    • not have a hard white centre
• Drain the water
  • Pour the beads into a strainer/colander and let excess water drain off for 5-10 minutes.
  • Do not load soaking-wet beads into the pistol or hopper.

We recommend re socking or use fresh new BBs as we cannot guarantee the quality and sizing of any pre-socked ammo. If you have ammo feed issues with your blaster please try socking and using new gel beads before returning the blaster to us.
