Has my order been dispatched?

To track the status of your order, please either log into your account or click here to view our tracking page and provide your order number and email address used for the order.

Orders with the status “Processing” we are picking your items ready for collection by Royal Mail.

Orders with the status “Completed” now with Royal Mail and you should have an email or text with a tracking number (please note you will not receive a tracking number until Royal Mail has processed your order. Please check your inbox and junk mail folder for the address used when ordering.

Orders with the status “RIF On Hold” are not processed and we are waiting to hear from you or waiting for 5 days before sending out a blue two-tone replacement. For more information please see our Replacement Two-Tone Gun FAQs on this page.
