We accept orders only on the basis that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 18 years. An adult must supervise persons under the age of 18 years. No gun should be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a bag. Guns must NOT be concealed on one’s person, or pointed or fired at another human or animal. Safety glasses and other protective clothing should always be worn when operating or viewing the firing of an Airsoft BB gun.
From 01/10/2007 the laws regarding Airsoft guns have changed for the UK. Under the VCRA Bill 2006 it is illegal to buy or sell an Airsoft gun to anyone under the age of 18 years. Under Section 36 of the V.C.R Act it is a criminal offence to alter the appearance or paint in a colour of an imitation firearm to make it into a realistic firearm.
BLACK AIRSOFT GUNSBlack guns can only be sold to persons 18 years and over plus be either a UKARA member, skirmish site member or part of a reenactment company or stage/film production company. Alternatively any of our black guns can be painted with a approved clolour that will cover at least 51% of the overall gun. Warranty and guarantee on black guns are the same as our 2 tone guns except for painted guns where it is not possible to give a refund for painting of a gun as this is a separate service that is not part of Just BB Guns. We need to check the information is correct before we can send your order out. If you do not provide the correct information, or try to lie to obtain a black gun, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 20% handling fee for our troubles.
BLACK AND PAINTED GUNSAll black and painted guns have the same warranty as any other gun or product in our range. If a black gun is ordered by mistake, a £20 handling fee will be charged in order to cover UKARA or Skirmish Site evaluation and administration costs. If a painted gun order is cancel or returned, the cost of painting cannot be refunded as this service was a personalised service to you the customer.
DELIVERYFrom receipt of order, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day; please allow up to 3 working days from the day of dispatch before contacting us. You can track your delivery via the Courier Firm confirmation email that will be sent to you within 24 hours from your order. For more information on order tracking please see our tracking page on our website. Any shortfalls or defect should be notified to us as soon as possible via our contact us page on this website. When calculating the number of days for delivery please do not include ether Saturday or Sunday.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY TO OUTSIDE OF THE UK - SHIPPING LOCATIONSAll products ordered from outside the UK will be tested before shipping. This is to confirm that they are in full working order when leaving our distribution centre. Non UK orders will have the same 7 day cooling off period as orders within the UK, except we cannot refund the original shipping costs on any order outside of the UK. Items that develop a fault within 2 months may be returned to us for repair or replacement. No delivery costs will be refunded for non UK faulty items and an additional delivery cost may be required to send out the repaired or replacement item to you. Due to the nature of our products we cannot give any warranty for products more than 2 months old, however you may return the item to us for reaper at your own cost. Returns cannot be accepted from outside of the UK unless they have been returned via our online returns form and a copy of the original order is enclosed and the returns number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. RETURNS POLICYYou can only return a product for these reasons: - Your product is faulty and is within 28 days of delivery for a replacement. - Your product is unopened and within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that you retain the invoice as proof of purchase. We ONLY accept products back that have been sent via our returns form located on our website. IF YOU DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM BACK VIA THIS SERVICE YOU WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ITEM AND IT WILL BE LOST. We can NOT accept products back if they do not clearly display a returns number on the outside of your parcel.

FAULTY GOODSAny item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt and the faulty item is returned complete with all components and in the original and complete packaging.
Faults within 28 days:
An exchange, repair or refund will be issued providing the item is returned within 28 days from the original date of purchase.
Faults after 28 days but within 2 months:
For items to be returned within six months after the time of purchase the same above applies but in addition no refund can be issued, a repair or replacement will be provided, evidence of fault at the time of sale will be required. All delivery costs will be incurred buy you the customer for any returns between this time.
Please note that you will not be entitled to a repair or replacement in respect of fair wear and tear.
In the event of a fault our support line will assess the fault and will arrange for free repair or replacement, it will be necessary for you to return the item to us.
Faults after 2 months:
Any faults developed after 2 months from date of purchase is outside our warranty, but may be repairable by our workshop; all cost incurred by you the customer.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only cover items for a maximum of six months warranty.
As most quality guns are supplied without accessories, batteries and charger, any items included in a gun set will be not included under our warranty, as they are free accessories that are supplied with the gun. Magazines will have the same warranty as any of our guns.
All products are carefully inspected by our experts; if your item is found to have a manufacturer’s fault then you will be sent a replacement. If the item is out of stock then you will be issued an alternative.
GETTING YOUR PRODUCT BACKIf your returned item is NOT found to be faulty, or is not in 'as new' condition, and once we have told you we will not refund, replace or give you a credit note - if you have not made arrangements to collect the item from us, using the process provided, the item will become our property within 60 days.
WARRANTYThe warranty on your product will be void if a product is taken apart, or modified in any way, including painting.
If a gun is jammed because of poor quality BB pellets or it is our opinion that BBs have been reused i.e. fired at least once before, your warranty will be void and no credit, refund or replacement will be issued. Accessories included within a gun sets are not included in the warranty as they are usually low quality including batteries and chargers. All accessories sold separately are covered under our standard warranty or manufacturer warranty.
Gas guns that are not performing due to cold weather will not be covered under warranty as this is a common and well known fact. If our engineers test your gun in a warm environment and find no issues, your gun will not be refunded or replaced, and you will need to make arrangements with our support team to receive your gun back.
WD40 and Other Impregnating Oil: If our engineers suspect that unsuitable oil has been used to lubricate your gun resulting in, loss of power, deteriorating seals, and other issues, only use recommended silicone based oil and lubricants on your airsoft bb gun such as those available on this website. WD40, GT85 and others have a distinctive smell and will be spotted by our engineers and their word will be find.
REFUNDSYou may return any UNUSED and UNOPENED item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund you on the process you used to pay (debit card, PayPal etc…) once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). We can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error; NO postal costs will be refunded on any goods returned under the 7 day rule.
If your product has a fault you must return the item back to us within 28 days of delivery. It may take up to 14 days for our returns team to inspect your item. If found to be faulty a replacement will be sent or credit note issued, NO refund can be issued on any goods over 7 days from the item being delivered. We cannot refund postage of any item back to us as it is your responsibility to return the product to us in a satisfactory condition.
Postage refunds can be given only on products that are faulty and within warranty. A maximum of £7.50 can be refunded on presentation of a postage receipt. This limit is set to cover the cost of the Royal Mail standard service. If you decide to post the product back to us via other - more expensive service - the difference in cost will NOT be refunded. PLEASE NOTE, all refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Only contact us if 14 days has past and you have not received your refund.
DUTY TO TAKE CAREWhile the item is not in our possession, you will be responsible for it, this is called being under a DUTY TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE of the item while in your possession. This includes the way that you pack any item to be returned and the organisation you choose to return the product to us. This includes any items that may not be received buy us i.e. we are only responsible for goods received by us via the provided method.
TESTINGWe do test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any BB guns that have been misused, or if low quality bb pellets have been used, or if BB pellets have been re-used. We can also not refund or replace any batteries or chargers that may have been overcharged, please see our frequently asked questions section on the website for more info on charging times and battery types.
