this is a great gun and i love mine but after about a year the pellets started rolling down the barrel and falling out if the muzzle points down for to long so good maintanants is important with this rifle, i advise a better scope as well but apart from those things this gun is well worth every penny

got this gun about six months ago realy good gun if you want to go skirmishing might want to upgrade it a litle can use vsr parts and the scope isnt verry good on it would recomend a teloscopic sight

Had this rifle about a month or so now and have fitted a 3-9x56 scope and a precision grade adjustable metal bipod, Not only does this rifle look the part, the accuracy is un-real. For this price it shouldn't be this good. Well chuffed, watch out on those skirmishes :)

hey guys, i have this gun and it is awsome, well worth getting, amazing accuracy and power, a few things though. 1. the amo suggested is 0.20, for target practice i suggest 0.30 or 0.28 (it can handle it) and for skirmish 0.25. 2. the scope i got is amazing, accurate and cheap from EBAY from swiss arms however scopes of the sight are well worth it. 3. yes, as long as you get a weaver style grip, you can fit bipods. I hope that helped guys.

Got this gun on the 6th for my bday & its absolutely amazing, has a great feel & weight to it. This gun is great for beginners & professionals. My scope rings also came today & now my scope is on, looks beautiful. I recommend this to everyone. (Note: the rails on the gun are weaver rails, so buy scope rings etc that fit on weaver rails)

this gun is absolutely amazing, i bought mine yesterday and it arrived to day and finished setting it up and adjusted the sight, and its very accurate, i had a tea plate sized target about 10 meters+ away and shot 10 bb's at it and i couldnt believe it all 10 bb's hit the target. this is a must have gun

The police in my local area have classified bolt action rifles as air guns. So an under 18 needs an adult with him at all times when using. So my local skirmish site(X site) wont let me have this kind of gun. :(

there is a lower 20MM RIS rail, so any RIS mount bipod should fit, likewise, you'll need some 20mm scope rings for the top rail, which should take any sniper scope :)

Hello to the world of JustBBGuns. I have seen this gun and I can tell you for a fact that it is very good value for money. Yes, I do agree it is a little basic, but I have seen others for around £300 without the scope. Also, the FPS may seem low, but unless you are desperate to put a hole through someone whilst skirmishing, then it is plently. The accuracy is very good and the bolt action is realistic enough. I have read all recent comments, and as far as I can see, there was no major issues other than the FPS and basic layout. I've already dealt with the FPS problem, and so, the problem of the gun being too basic. Let's just say it came with a scope and bipod WELDED INTO PLACE. Now this would be good, until you didn't want either of them. This gun gives you a free choice of the things you can add on and the way you can use it. I would recommend it, but only for accomplished shooters, as the FPS and size may be too high for a junior shooter or a new shooter to fire. Although, this gun is great to use as a rifle as well as a sniper. This possibilities for it are endless.

excellent gun,i own the swiss arms version of it, looking at the pictures it is exactly the same down to the last detail.bolt action is very satisfying and my god is it accurate!!! i have a 3-9x40 scope on mine which is plenty.the adjustable hop up is very good too enabling you to really fine tune your shots.has a good heavy feel to it making it seem more like an air rifle than a bb gun.needs at least 0.23g ammo for those really accurate shots,even has a rail to mount a bi pod,very good gun,buy one now.

Nice gun. Personally, 340 FPS isn't high enough for a fully fledged sniper rifle and I would trade the scope for a Telescopic, optical scope for sniping. Great base model though.

Finally a possible good sniper, RAS or RIS rails make for good mounts for scopes and bipods. I hope it has a decent FPS (actually FPS hasn't been reveled yet)

UK LAW AND REGULATIONS REGARDING AIRSOFT GUNS
Since October 2007 you can only buy a realistic imitation firearm (one that looks like a real gun) if you are at least 18 years old and meet one of the following conditions.
- You are a REGISTERED airsofter with membership of an insured skirmish site. To be registered you must attend a properly organised and insured airsoft site and play for at least three days over a period of not less than two months. Even if you attend and play the three days in your first week, UK Law requires that two months pass from the first day attended before you can legally be registered.
- You have a current UKARA membership.
- You are a member of a property insured historical re-enactment group or society.
- You are a film, television or theatre production company.
- You are (or are acting on behalf of) a museum.
- You are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties.
- Gun is being sent to a non-UK Address.
If you cannot meet any of these criteria, you can still buy an imitation firearm, one which PRINCIPLE COLOUR is significantly different from that of a real firearm – i.e. bright orange, green, blue etc.
The VCRA 2006 concerns itself with sale, manufacture and import ONLY. If you buy an imitation firearm and either gift it to someone else, or allow them to use it – regardless of their age – you are not contravening the Act. So, a parent can buy a 2 tone airsoft gun and give it to their child to use or keep.
FPS UPDATE 18/10/2011
UK Airsoft established at 1.3 joules (approx. 374FPS/.2g bb) for full auto and 2.5 joules (approx 519FPS) for single/semi sniper or pistol. Please note: each skirmish site will have different FPS limits on their games. This UPDATE is only to inform you of the maximum legal limits.
CHEAP BB PELLETS SUPPLIED
Most BB and Airsoft Guns are supplied by the manufacturer with a small pack of cheap BBs included in the pack. We do not recommend you use these in your equipment as they can easily jam your weapon.
We strongly recommend using only Genuine BULLDOG BB Pellets in your weapon, which can be found here: Bulldog Pellets. Because of UK legislation, all orange airsoft bb guns will be supplied without laser, and all clear airsoft bb guns will be sent with laser if included in the gun set.
