RECOMMENDED USE FOR THIS GUN  This L86A2 is the British Army L22A1 (SA80) style Arsoft BB Gun.
This is a full size 1:1 Aisoft gun that loos stunning in the JBBG ORANGE and GREY. The L86A2 British Carbine has a good FPS! The metal cocking sound is nice and solid! This gun is a single action gun with some metal parts. Finished in orange and grey.
This Airsoft BB Gun is complete with sight, tactical torch, front handle and top handle grip. The MAG capacity is about 200 rounds. This gun uses 0.12g BBs but will take 0.20g if preferred.Recommended for both recreation and skirmishing for beginners and advanced Airsoft enthusiasts.

it comes with a scope(quite bad and cant see the red dot in it),a torch which you can attach to the side rail,and a tactical front grip which is ok.so quite worth the money and actually damn powerful :)

Just purchased this gun as of may 2011, i assume i will be happy with product as i already have shot an ak47 g from this website and i though it was fantastic, i couldnt find alot of reviews on the sa80 so i will do one when my one comes, keep a look out if you are considering buying this gun, i may be able to help you!

@Jt yes it does support 0.12G, because it supports 0.20Gs. look between the photos of the gun and the description, it shows a circle ticked with writing next to it, that tells you the guns qualities.

My First gun, its comfortable though hard I find to aim onto small targets, due to my setup I guess.. Its more a hip shooter. Takes out a can and fires either .20 or .12g pellets. Looks nice and comes with a torch (mine was not working right but a little tinkering it be fine) plus optional sight load. Really pleased with delivery and of course got a small hand gun for free. I LOVE THIS SITE.

good power but not the best accuracy. I will say it is very durable and a good solid gun but the handle sight is quite useless as it has no front pin sight when looking through. However very powerful and a nice feel when cocking back. Also the red cross attachment is a nice feature, although plastic is good for the longer distance shots. 7/10

got this gun today, the weight in the magazine just makes it heavier and more heavy duty, the pull back is very tough at first but you get used to it and the spring and pull back motion gets looser, ridiculously powerful the aim is good, bu better far range close range its so powerful it goes the exact angle of the nozel. small but mighty gun. 9/10 A RECOMMENDED BUY!

QUALITY RIFLE PEOPLE. GOT IT A WEEK AGO AND IT IS SOLID. PULL BACK WEARS IN AND THE COCKING HANDLE IS HARD AND FIRM WHEN PULLING BACK. REALLY POWERFUL AND A NICE SUSAT RED CROSS SCOPE WITH IT. METAL INSIDES AND A GOOD SAFETY WHEN LOADING. INCREDIBLY ACCURATE, SHOT A BIRD FEED 100FT AWAY USING THE SCOPE :P, A GOOD WEAPON FOR PLINKING IN THE WOODS WITH YOUR MATES WHICH I DOING THIS WEEKEND.

Received this gun today and i love it. it has great accuracy and stupidly good power. the cocking handle is a bit tricky at first but you get used to it very easily. this can sometimes hurt your after after a long period but its a very sturdy build. 5* product really reccomend. @griffin12345678910 i would reccomend the bulldog .20g bbs tbh they are the best bbs i have seen.

i got this and a dessert eagle orange one both very good guns but with 2000 0.12 bbs and postage it came to just over 70 quid witch is bad but if you have the money get the an the bbs non bull dog

The outer casing is aaaallll plastic. Not bad though, just a wee problem with the red cross scope.. the batteries are too loose inside and the cross might not stay on for long :P But it shoots like a beast, accurate too :D

This, all in all, is a brilliant gun purely because its british. Only things i can pick out as its not as heavy as the other version of it i have but still. I clocked it at exactly 319 total average (After i had emptied 2 mags through it to wear it in) which is fantastic for a 38 quid rifle. Apart from the weight and the cocking handle not being the same as the MOD issued 5.56mm rifles but it is robust and havent broken mine yet as i go through them fast. Have fun wiht this wouldnt reccomend for indoor plinking its far to powerful but great for outdoor scrimmige matches. Good Luck play safe.

UK LAW AND REGULATIONS REGARDING AIRSOFT GUNS
Since October 2007 you can only buy a realistic imitation firearm (one that looks like a real gun) if you are at least 18 years old and meet one of the following conditions.
- You are a REGISTERED airsofter with membership of an insured skirmish site. To be registered you must attend a properly organised and insured airsoft site and play for at least three days over a period of not less than two months. Even if you attend and play the three days in your first week, UK Law requires that two months pass from the first day attended before you can legally be registered.
- You have a current UKARA membership.
- You are a member of a property insured historical re-enactment group or society.
- You are a film, television or theatre production company.
- You are (or are acting on behalf of) a museum.
- You are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties.
- Gun is being sent to a non-UK Address.
If you cannot meet any of these criteria, you can still buy an imitation firearm, one which PRINCIPLE COLOUR is significantly different from that of a real firearm – i.e. bright orange, green, blue etc.
The VCRA 2006 concerns itself with sale, manufacture and import ONLY. If you buy an imitation firearm and either gift it to someone else, or allow them to use it – regardless of their age – you are not contravening the Act. So, a parent can buy a 2 tone airsoft gun and give it to their child to use or keep.
FPS UPDATE 18/10/2011
UK Airsoft established at 1.3 joules (approx. 374FPS/.2g bb) for full auto and 2.5 joules (approx 519FPS) for single/semi sniper or pistol. Please note: each skirmish site will have different FPS limits on their games. This UPDATE is only to inform you of the maximum legal limits.

Most BB and Airsoft Guns are supplied by the manufacturer with a small pack of cheap BBs included in the pack. We do not recommend you use these in your equipment as they can easily jam your weapon.
We strongly recommend using only Genuine BULLDOG BB Pellets in your weapon, which can be found here: Bulldog Pellets. Because of UK legislation, all orange airsoft bb guns will be supplied without laser, and all clear airsoft bb guns will be sent with laser if included in the gun set.
