I loved this gun, but sadly my girlfriend broke it after a 10m drop. This bb pistol was better than any primary I have ever owned so decided to aquire one. It is so reliable that I left it a pool of water for 30+ mins and pulled it out and it worked fine! I used .25g bulldog ammo to get maximum accuracy and losing little of its 40m range before it slowly drops to about 50m. I highly recommend this as a sidearm for those requiring a more accurate reliable pistol to quickly draw if your primary runs dry. I do not recomend this for close combat or extreme long range, but close-medium and medium-long range is where it preforms best. I am definitely ordering a replacement!

Brilliant gun. Great for just practicing shooting and aiming. Also brilliant for shooting mates as it don't hurt. The silencer is rubbish as it don't work whilst on and is a hassle getting on/off but overall, it's a great gun for the price.

Just got this gun yesterday so after a day and a half of trying it out i have come to the conclution that this gun is amazing. Ignore the comments withe the silencer not unscrewing well just hold the piece that coveres the ejection port whilst taking it off. It is pin point accurate up to 35m and loses very little accuracy past that until max range. In short amazing Gun!

I have this gun it is amazing quality and power, although it would be better if the silencer wasnt fake, but still this gun is amazing, great for a first gun, and also for garden battles and maybe skirmishes for beginners. Great gun.

Fantastic gun, received it today and I am exceptionally happy. I ordered the BB Trap Target aswell however a hook on it was broken, though instead of sending it back for a replacement, a small bit of duct tape fixed the problem straight away, enabling me to start shooting immediately! The gun has a heavy feel which is great, aswell as the magazine. Overall I am thrilled with this gun for the value, and will definately buy from here again. :)

I've had this pistol for a while now, and I have to say it is absolutely excellent. The M23 is made entirely of ABS (except the barrel, of course) but is very heavy and extremely comfortable. The accuracy at a range of around 25M is superb, however it is rather inaccurate at long distance (Please note that it is a pistol, so you should expect that).
To answer 'M23 Question', it does NOT have a slide-stay feature, but in my opinion that isn't a problem.
The maximum range is indeed around 45M, however you pretty much have to point the gun at the ground to hit anything at that range, because the hop-up is insane =P (again, for short-medium range combat this is not an issue).
The power behind this thing is tremendous.
Overall, an excellent sidearm for an excellent price. If mine were to break (Absolutely no chance of this happening though, the M23 is a VERY hardy gun) then I would buy another M23 in a heartbeat. For only £17.50, it's difficult to see where JBBG are making a profit. BUY IT NOW!!!

i got this gun its very good if you need a hand gun get this because its accurate, powerfull, got a great feal and 2 thing i just want to point out its more like 290-300 FPS and its not 15 mag its 29 mag and every time i look at a gun i add a bit more on because it may have more then they say.

In a nutshell, this pistol is very good!
- It's rather large, not too heavy, has a large magazine for a pistol, somewhat firm cocking slide, but is very robust and much less prone to breaking than other pistols.
- Very good accuracy, pretty much pinpoint upto 10m and then still very accurate for a pistol beyond.
- Range is VERY good when new (with the fully active hop-up, the bbs will literally rise after 20m), after hop-up and the spring is worn down abit from lots of use range drops to a normal, if not slighly better than average level.

Absolutely fantastic gun! this thing shoots well past 45m every time I shot it it reached the 60m targets. This gun has an amazing hop up. The bbs fly straight and don't falter at all. 10/10

Yes, this gun is really power full....I should know, I shot myself in the leg with it...Won't be doing that again. If your considering buying this gun I would most certainly say DO IT! It's got great accuracy, power and looks really cool with/without the silencer, also it's quite heavy and realistic in being so.

@nn I have this gun, its a good gun the barrel, the slide and the clip is metal but its an amazing gun definite recommendation unless your using it for airsoft battles in which case you want a semi/full auto pistol

Got this today, love the look of it and its BIG. Right applying the silencer it seems that the thread on the gun doesn't quite match the silencer thread and I found it impossible without force to screw it all the way. BUT importantly like said by someone else do not screw on to hard as it will not come off again either. The pull back isn't as nice as my M39 Eagle 1 but it feels nice enough. It fires very well, found it to be accurate and weighty in the hand. I like the magazine, very plush. Its a good gun for the price and certainly sits proud amongst my small but growing collection.

The gun is excellent, great range, great power, but make sure you don't tighten the silencer to much because it will get stuck and when you try to take it off you could damage the barrel.

OMG i got this gun for my b-day and it is amazing, i aIMED for a birdhouse hole from about 10 to 12 metres away and got it straight in,very accurate, extremely powerfull, strong hop up and cool look. i have like 14 guns including an m47 b2 and an sm6 hunter and this is definately in the top 5. BUY IT!!!!!

i have this gun, its fairly good with decent power and ok accuracy, i havent had any probs with it falling apart so it is well made. the bad point of this gun is the hop up on it is awfull. after 20m or so the bb just flys straight up into the air lol.

I have this gun...BEAST! The top part of the gun (part you cock it with) feels just like metal. When you pull it back you can see some of the internals. That sounds ugly but it look ace! Its got a really nice grip feel to it and the magazine release is easy to get to without removing you finger from the trigger. This gun is really worth the money!

got this one very powerful-----quite impressed by anything made by double eagle, accurate, and 1 shot will puncture a can (not massively but enough for it to spray everywhere)
love this gun perfect side arm for a g36 m41 (only fault is the top slide which is hard to grip when wet though most handguns are the same) the chip in the slide is a safety btw

UK LAW AND REGULATIONS REGARDING AIRSOFT GUNS
Since October 2007 you can only buy a realistic imitation firearm (one that looks like a real gun) if you are at least 18 years old and meet one of the following conditions.
- You are a REGISTERED airsofter with membership of an insured skirmish site. To be registered you must attend a properly organised and insured airsoft site and play for at least three days over a period of not less than two months. Even if you attend and play the three days in your first week, UK Law requires that two months pass from the first day attended before you can legally be registered.
- You have a current UKARA membership.
- You are a member of a property insured historical re-enactment group or society.
- You are a film, television or theatre production company.
- You are (or are acting on behalf of) a museum.
- You are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties.
- Gun is being sent to a non-UK Address.
If you cannot meet any of these criteria, you can still buy an imitation firearm, one which PRINCIPLE COLOUR is significantly different from that of a real firearm – i.e. bright orange, green, blue etc.
The VCRA 2006 concerns itself with sale, manufacture and import ONLY. If you buy an imitation firearm and either gift it to someone else, or allow them to use it – regardless of their age – you are not contravening the Act. So, a parent can buy a 2 tone airsoft gun and give it to their child to use or keep.
FPS UPDATE 18/10/2011
UK Airsoft established at 1.3 joules (approx. 374FPS/.2g bb) for full auto and 2.5 joules (approx 519FPS) for single/semi sniper or pistol. Please note: each skirmish site will have different FPS limits on their games. This UPDATE is only to inform you of the maximum legal limits.
Because of UK legislation, all orange airsoft bb guns will be supplied without laser, and all clear airsoft bb guns will be sent with laser if included in the gun set.
