Orders taken are processed pretty quickly - ie within an hour or two.
Please use the contact form to cancel any order, paying particular attention to giving us the ORDER ID, and we will endeaviour to have it cancelled in time. However, because the processing is so quickly, we cannot always guarantee to catch it before it is processed and out of the door.
The methods for you to pay are shown at the bottom of the web site where the PayPal logo is. Simply Add to Basket, and then go to the Checkout and from there you can make your purchases with PayPal, Debit or Credit Card, all securely online.
When you return an idea to us, you may claim your postage costs too, which will be sent to you via the credit note system.
To do this, please do NOT seal your parcel until you get to the Post Office. Ask the Post Office person to give you a receipt. Put that receipt into your parcel, THEN SEAL IT. We then have everything in one place, to process your return properly.

Setting up a gun is relatively straight forward. Our best answer for this is to look at the video, as most videos show this very clearly.
If you cannot work it out, please do let us know.
Most orders take 1-2 working days to arrive at your doorstep. Sometimes, based on your location, it can be 2-3 working days.
If you order on a late Thursday or Friday, you probably will not get it until the Monday.
During holiday times, there can be a delay in orders being dispatched/delivered but it should be no more than an extra day. This is also the case for the lead up to Christmas.

Faulty item returns must be made before the end of your warranty period.
*WARNING*: Do not overcharge batteries! If they overheat, you could cause damage to the battery and create a potential fire hazard!
- Be sure to read the charger instructions thoroughly before charging your battery.
- Not all chargers are created equal. Please use the proper charger which is intended for your battery type, i.e. if you are charging a 9.6V Nimh battery, be sure your charger can charge 9.6V batteries and Nimh batteries.
- Be sure to use the proper connectors to connect your battery to the charger.
- Calculate the proper amount of time required to charge a battery by dividing the battery's milliamp capacity by the chargers charge rate, e.g. it would take a 250 mah rate charger 6 hours to charge a completely drained 1500 mah battery. Every charger is different, so be certain to read your chargers manual thoroughly before charging your battery.
- If you are not certain of a battery's remaining charge and you wish to charge it, place the battery on the charger and check it every 5-10 minutes. If the battery is warm to the touch, assume it is fully charged. If it is hot to the touch, remove the battery from the charger immediately!
- Remember, NiCad batteries must be completely discharged before charging again. Use the appropriate discharger to discharge the battery, or completely drain the battery through normal use before charging again.
We are often asked how much is p&p, what is the cost of P&P etc.
Your postage and packaging costs will be shown in your shopping basket. It is calculated based on the items you have in your cart.
So add one item and you will see the price of your P&P.
Anyone purchasing a BB gun needs to be 18 or over. We do not recommend any of our guns to be used by anyone under the age of 14, but this is down to parental discretion. Anyone using the guns under the age of 18 needs to be actively supervised by an adult and all users (and supervising parents/guardians) need to wear safety glasses/goggles at the very least. Some guns, like the VSR11 and the M57A rifles should not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
We use a system called Roman Cart for our shopping cart, this is run on a completely safe and secure system, so yes, you can trust it.
Look for the HTTPS and the LOCK symbol at the bottom of your browser window - this tells you it is safe. It will come up during the course of your paying for your items.
More and more of our guns now do not have operator manuals so we are now creating PDFs on the website for all of our products.
To return an item that is faulty/broken is very easy.
Click the Returns Form link on the left of any web page here, and tell us all the details we ask for about the item. If you have just a Magazine at fault and the gun is fine, you can return just the magazine. Always give us plenty of details about the fault, and if it is just a mag you are sending, tell us the name of the gun.
You can request a refund or replacement.
Please do not just send your faulty or damaged item to the invoiced address without your Return ID number, as it cannot be handled in that way, and your BB Gun may end up lost within our warehouse. We can only accept Returns that are sent via our Returns form that have a Returns ID number attach to it. This is for your protection so we can monitor and track it.
You can only return a product for these reasons:
- Your product is faulty and is within 28 days of delivery for a replacement.
- Your product is unopened and within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your magazine might not pushing the BBs up. Or you have not wound up the magazine enough.
It can also be because you have simply not started your gun with enough bb pellets inside the magazine.

Switch it off - please see below... 1. Remove the magazine and return the hop up adjustment to the normal position. 2. Insert the cleaning (unblocking) rod from the load edge of the barrel, be sure that the angled part of the rod faces down and remove clogged bullets.
We always recommend users to store their BB Guns in a suitable case, as it keeps it safe, and perhaps can be locked.
Its also a useful place to keep your BBs safe as well.

Deliveries are NOT made on Weekends or Bank Holidays. The Postage and Packaging is dependant on the items you buy. To find out what your P&P costs are, add your item to the basket and then click "Checkout", you will see your total costs, including postage.
Every parcel (delivery) has full tracking on it, meaning it is 100% safe and monitored. All deliveries must be signed on delivery to prove that the parcel was delivered "Next Day" on all parcel for shipping anywhere in the UK mainland.
If you are not in when they deliver, it will be given to a neighbour. If a neighbour is not available it will be taken to a UK Mail depot for your collection or to arrange delivery. Same price as parcel force and cheaper than Royal Mail recorded delivery.
JustBBGuns Despatch, and our UK Mail service operates only on weekdays - NOT weekends. Citylink only offer next day delivery. Therefore if you purchase on Friday before 3pm, your item should be delivered Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. Only other way to guarantee it gets there is Royal Mail which is more expensive than UK Mail. 50% of our products are heavy and bulky - too much for Royal Mail to handle.

Do not use low quality BB pellets that will jam and damage your gun. Only use high quality recommended 6mm BB pellets!
WEIGHT
0.12g are good for all guns, 0.20g are standard for most good quality guns and any other ammo such as 0.25g and upwords are for more accuracy and top range skirmishing bb guns.
These are not 12 gram - they are 0.12 gram. Therefore:
0.12g = 0.12 Grams and so on.
FPS - means Feet Per Second and is used like MPH - Miles Per Hour i.e. it is a way of measuring the speed in which the BB gun will project the BB bullets when fired.
Actual FPS: this means we have recorded the FPS of the BB Gun with our Chronograph machine, and the Feet Per Second was as shown on the product page. We have not record all product Actual FPSs.

A skirmish is a battle in Airsoft BB Guns. In a safe controlled environment, between friends, colleagues etc. Think of many people using Airsoft BB Guns, teams against each other - and you have a Skirmish.
UK Mail will try to deliver your order on 2 consecutive days. They will card each attempt and there will be a record on their online tracking service. If no-one is home to sign for the order, they will keep your item at the depot for upto 5 days. You will need to contact them to arrange redelivery.
If you have not done this, your order will be sent back to us. Once we receive the order back here, we will refund the cost of the items ONLY. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as this is charged by UK Mail.
If you would like the order sent out again to you, you will need to pay the shipping cost again along with the items ordered.
We ask all customers to please check thier orders as soon as it arrives. We will only be able to redress any outstanding items on your order within the first couple of days after you have taken delivery.
Any incorrect orders need to be bought to our attention straight away so we can recitfy these for you.

If we dont have the FPS stored for a BB Gun, then sadly we have no information yet.
We receive many questions about magazines that fit particular guns.
Generally you can tell if it will fit as the magazine will appear very similar on our screen to the one you have with your bb gun.
Our Support Team try to know which mags fit with bb guns, but they dont always have the information, so its best to just check the magazine section first.
The accessories part below each bb gun will soon show which magazine or accessories is compatible with it.
To clear a jammed BB pellet from the barrel of your BB gun use the unblocking tool or unjamming rod. Fist remove the magazine and switch off the safety. Push the rod gently down the barrel to loosen the bb. Never look down the barrel to view the jammed BB. For best results spray or drop airsoft silicon lubricant into the barrel.
Do not attempt to remove the barrel or open your BB gun as this will invalidate the 28 day warranty.
Never use cheap BB pellets. The use of poor quality, low grade BB pellets may cause damage to your gun and will invalidate the warranty.
